Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Turquaz Group (TURSAB License A-12334), including training programmes, tours, and visa assistance services.

1. Enrollment & Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Turquaz Group.
A completed inquiry form or written confirmation (email) constitutes a booking request.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Turquaz Group reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Payments

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm training programme enrollment.
Tour packages require full payment at least 14 days before the start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods communicated at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Visa Responsibility

Turquaz Group provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa decisions are made solely by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
In the event of visa rejection, the visa assistance service fee is non-refundable, but programme/tour fees will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond their planned travel dates.

4. Programme & Tour Changes

Turquaz Group reserves the right to modify programme schedules, itineraries, or accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of significant changes, participants will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
Minimum group sizes apply to certain programmes and tours. If the minimum is not met, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must comply with all Turkish laws and regulations during their stay.
Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and health insurance.
Turquaz Group is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during programmes or tours, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
