Overview
A seven-night pilgrimage in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul, built around the Feast of Saint Paul in Tarsus during St Paul Global Week, 28 June - 05 July 2026. It joins Tarsus and Antioch to the rock-cut churches and underground refuges of Cappadocia, a heartland of early Christian monasticism. This is not a classic tour - it is a pilgrimage.

Arrival in Istanbul — Connecting Flight to Tarsus
Arrival at Istanbul Airport, where you are met and assisted by our representative, and connecting domestic flight to the south. Transfer to your hotel in Tarsus, the birthplace of the Apostle Paul. Overnight in Tarsus.
The Feast of Saint Paul — Tarsus
On the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul we attend the Holy Mass celebrated in honour of Saint Paul in his native city. We visit Saint Paul's Church and Saint Paul's Well, Cleopatra's Gate and the ancient Roman Road. Overnight in Tarsus. (Breakfast, Lunch)
Tarsus — Mersin — Antioch (Hatay)
We travel to Antioch, where the followers of Jesus were first called Christians, visiting the cave Church of Saint Peter and the Hatay Archaeology Museum. Returning through Mersin we visit the Church of St. Anthony of Padua and the Mersin Orthodox Church. Overnight in Mersin. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Mersin — Cappadocia
We drive north through the dramatic passes of the Taurus Mountains to Cappadocia, a land of fairy chimneys and a heartland of early Christian monasticism. Overnight in Cappadocia. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Cappadocia — A Day Among the Rock Churches
We explore the Goreme Open-Air Museum, the Pasabagi and Zelve valleys, the Derinkuyu Underground City and the Ihlara Valley. A farewell dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Cappadocia — Flight to Istanbul
Flight to Istanbul. On arrival we visit Hagia Sophia, the Church of Holy Wisdom, and the Hippodrome with the Obelisk of Theodosius. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast, Lunch)
The Churches of Istanbul
A full day among the historic churches of Istanbul — Saint Anthony of Padua, Saints Peter and Paul in Galata, Santa Maria Draperis, the Ecumenical Patriarchate with the Church of Saint George, and the Bulgarian Church of Saint Stephen. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Transfer to Istanbul Airport for your onward international flight. End of our services. (Breakfast)
